The parish church of All Saints was built, or possibly rebuilt, in the 12th century and after 800 years, externally remains virtually the same, with the characteristics of a late Saxon or early Norman church. However, a major restoration internally was undertaken in 1904 making it into the 'Victorian gem' that it is today. The musicians gallery was removed, a new East Window installed and a new wide Chancel arch added - all for the sum of £1,400!

The Church is open for visitors every day and everyone is most welcome to walk up Church Lane and see our much loved Church - sit in the Churchyard and enjoy the extensive views over the village and the countryside.
